Frank J. Fabozzi is a Professor of Finance at EDHEC Business School and a Senior Scientific Adviser at EDHEC-Risk Institute. He is a trustee of the BlackRock fixed-income fund complex. He is the editor of The Journal of Portfolio Management and co-founder and co-editor of The Journal of Financial Data Science. He is the CFA Institute’s 2007 recipient of the C. Stewart Sheppard Award and the CFA Institute’s 2015 recipient of the James R. Vertin Award. He was inducted into the Fixed Income Analysts Society Hall of Fame in November 2002. He received his BA and MA in economics in 1970 from The City College of New York where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and a PhD in economics in 1972 from the City University of New York. He is earned the designations of CFA and CPA. |

ANDREW WEISMAN Andrew B Weisman is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Strategist of Windham Capital Management, LLC. Andy has more than 30 years of experience as a portfolio manager of alternative investment strategies. Prior to joining Windham, Andy was the Chief Investment Officer of Janus Capital’s Liquid Alternative Group. Prior to joining Janus Capital, he was Managing Director and Chief Portfolio Manager for the Merrill Lynch Hedge Fund Development and Management Group, and Chief Investment Officer for Nikko Securities International. Andy has a Masters in International Affairs/International Business from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and a BS in Philosophy/Economics from Columbia University and has completed all of the course work and comprehensive exams toward a PhD from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. He is a recipient of the Bernstein Fabozzi /Jacobs Levy Award for outstanding article published in the Journal of Portfolio Management and the Roger F Murray Prize (First Place) awarded by the Institute for Quantitative Research in Finance. He is on the board of the International Association for Quantitative Finance, the Board of The Institute for Quantitative Research, and the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Portfolio Management. He served for three years as President of the Society of Columbia Graduates. |

ALEXANDER RUDIN Head of Multi-Asset and Fixed Income Research STATE STREET GLOBAL ADVISORS Alex leads quantitative research efforts across SSGA’s Multi-Asset (“Investment Solutions Group”) and Fixed Income Cash and Currency (“FICC”) business lines. Within ISG, Alex drives quantitative research agenda in support of tactical and strategic asset allocation processes, portfolio construction analytics, target volatility models, and the target date fund franchise. Within FICC, Alex oversees quantitative research effort for enhanced indexing, systematic credit, ETF management, and top-down active fixed income process. In addition, Alex works with the broader ISG and FICC business teams to help bring new ideas, products, and thought leadership to our clients. Alex joined State Street Global Advisors in September 2014. Before joining ISG in 2018 to head up its research effort, Alex was a Global Head of Liquid Alternative Investments at SSGA. Alex holds a Ph.D. degree from Theoretical Physics, has 24 years of industry experience in quantitative finance and alternative investments, and is an author or co-author of more than 40 articles in academic journals in the areas of theoretical physics and finance. |

MARK ANSON Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Investment Officer COMMONFUND Mark Anson is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of the Commonfund and Chairman of the Board of Commonfund Capital Inc. and Commonfund Asset Management Company. Previously, he was the President and Chief Investment Officer for the Bass Family Office of Ft. Worth, Texas which was recognized as Family Office of the Year for 2014 & 2015. He was the President and Global Head of Investment Management at Nuveen Investments, a full-service asset management company with over $900 billion in assets under management. Prior to Nuveen, Mark served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer for the British Telecom Pension Scheme (BTPS), the largest institutional investor in the UK with assets of £65 billion. In addition, Mark was the CEO of Hermes Pensions Management in London, a £55 billion asset management company that is wholly owned by the BTPS. Prior to joining BTPS, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of the California Public Employees' Retirement System, the largest institutional investor in the United States with over $300 billion in assets. Mark is currently the Chairman of the Investment Committee for the $65 billion UAW Medical Benefits Trust. He also serves on the Law Board of the Northwestern University School of Law, and the Board of the Toigo Foundation. He is the only person to serve on the Board of Governors for both the CFA Institute and the CAIA Association. He was an inaugural member of the SEC Investor Advisory Committee and the Chairman of the Board for the International Corporate Governance Network. Mark has published over 100 investment articles in professional journals and has won three Best Paper Awards. He is the author of five financial textbooks including the Handbook of Alternative Assets, which is the primary textbook used for the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst program. Mark earned a B.A. in Economics and Chemistry from St. Olaf College, a Ph.D. and Masters in Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, all with honors. He has also received several industry awards in recognition of his leadership in asset management including the Lifetime Achievement Award in Pension Fund Management from Plan Sponsor. Last, Mark has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, Certified Public Accountant, and Chartered Global Management Accountant professional degrees, and he is a Member of the Law Bar of New York and Illinois. |
